Assessment of Risk and Production Losses Based on a Selected Carpentry Company

Presently, enterprises are forced to constantly development through the setting of new goals, as well as adapting to the changing surrounding conditions and uncovering in these changes new chances for their activity. Corporations and their surrounding are becoming more dynamic and complex. As a result, it leads to an increase in the risk of made decisions. The methods proposed in the literature refer only to single issues, supposing the occurrence of suitable conditions, which, at the same time, results in limitations in a given field. In the article, the risk of the production system is defined as the degree of its sensitivity to troubles, expressed as not achieving planned results in a given period under offered conditions. In practice - it conveys the analysis of the influence of other factors on specific parameters of the production process. Presented the article analysis and the risk of production processes judgment examines the impact of individual aspects generating the disturbances in the production process. Conducted critique of the production process risk allows the identification of the elements having the most impact on hazard not performing established finished product sales plan. Moreover, it also lets to state the time necessary to realize of this sales program.
