But, Is There an Actual Blockage?
摘要
A 64-year-old woman presents with dysphagia to solids. High-resolution esophageal manometry revealed an elevated integrated relaxation pressure but adequate esophageal peristalsis. When persistent symptoms and a barium esophagram suggested a significant deficit of esophageal peristalsis, endoluminal functional lumen imaging probe was used to clarify the diagnosis and guide management.
