A 28-year-old man with cerebral palsy and previous Nissen fundoplication presents with postprandial heartburn. Workup revealed a slipped Nissen and an underlying hypocontractile disorder of the esophagus. This chapter discusses the risk of dysphagia after fundoplication and how to mitigate it.
