Recurrent Dysphagia After Nissen Fundoplication

A 69-year-old man with a previous Nissen fundoplication presents with a stricture at the esophageal outlet. Further workup revealed a lack of organized peristalsis. This chapter discusses the treatment options for this subtype of achalasia.
