Unexpected Dysphagia and Heartburn After Neck Radiotherapy

A 61-year-old woman with prior radiation therapy to the chest presents with dysphagia. Workup revealed radiation esophagitis and weak esophageal peristalsis. This chapter discusses the management of the esophageal motility disorder associated with this finding.
