A Post-Fundoplication Surprise

A 65-year-old man presented with hiccups and heartburn. After undergoing a Nissen fundoplication for suspected GERD and a large hiatal hernia, he had increased belching and regurgitation. This chapter discusses the workup this patient subsequently underwent and the surprise that was made.
