摘要

The article substantiates the relevance of the issue of retraining of able-bodied people of older age, since with the increase in life expectancy the trends of demographic aging of the population take place in developed European countries, in Russia in particular, and in the world as a whole. The results of the well-known program of the Russian government on retraining of citizens of age groups of the population in order to assist in employment are discussed, and the existing problems in this area are voiced. The potential of some educational platforms with a solid list of open training courses on various topics, aimed at pre-retirees, which can be useful even from the point of view of obtaining information on where to go to study to become a sought-after specialist in the labor market, is considered. The foreign experience of encouraging employers to prolong labor and social activity of the elderly able-bodied population (pre-retirees) is given. Mathematical methods that can be successfully applied to the processing of large amounts of data are named. A universal system-shell for filling with educational material of any orientation and wide purpose in terms of training representatives of different age groups (students, company employees, retirees, and so on) is described. The conclusion contains recommendations on overcoming age discrimination on the part of employers taking into account the current global realities of society development and proposals to improve the effectiveness of the state program “Demography.”
