Academic Racism

It’s not enough that your courses are expendable, your scholarship inessential, and your discipline is not worth saving. Nor is it enough that you are subjected to continuous micro-management and maximal measurement. When assessment became your culture, at least you did not have to worry about an audit of your values and ideas. But dark academe now wants these too.
