Dynamics and Chaos Control of the Deformed K Map

We apply a deformation scheme to the classical K map and obtain a q-deformed K map. In this paper, we discuss the basic nonlinear properties, bifurcation structure, and topological entropy of the q-deformed K map. The stability and chaotic performance of the deformed map have been theoretically and graphically analyzed using various dynamical techniques. The deformed K map shows the rich and complex dynamical behavior. Moreover, we show that the stability region of the q-deformed K map is larger than the classical K map when the deformation increases. Further, we use the linear feedback control method to control the chaos in the deformed K map.
