Discussions surrounding social justice have received much attention globally in recent times. This chapter focuses on the practices of international branches within Arab countries and how they address social justice challenges such as xenophobia, censorship, colonization, and indigeneity. The chapter voices the perspectives of faculty and students working in these international branches in a more critical light. It depicts the other side of branch managers trying to protect refugees by providing them with aid and pushing for community acceptance. On top of that, the chapter explores the intricate aspects of censorship, colonization, and indigeneity in education and how leaders cut across culturally sensitive legal and political contexts. These leaders fight against negative bias and discrimination, facilitate the expression of suppressed opinions, and give attention to the needs of people at the bottom of the social hierarchy in a unique, continuously changing region.
