Travel Writing Post-Pandemic: A Creative Exploration

This chapter examines how a creative approach to the re-thinking of the travel writing genre provides unexpected and valuable suggestions for a more ethically aware and evolved form in the future. Along with various self-reflections, the chapter explores vertical travel theory, second journeys, co-authorship and the importance of preferencing ‘travelee’ stories in future renderings of the form.
