摘要

In the modern era, Industry 5.0 is becoming very popular in the modern cloud computing-based industrial revolution, especially in the pharmaceutical sector. One of the main problems is to protect the information from the attacker which demands data encryption for this specific application. There are thousands of available methods for data encryption and many of them are time-consuming and space-consuming due to their complex algorithms. In this paper, we discuss an optical process-based encryption method to encrypt video using the quick response (QR) code as well as phase matrix to optimize the storage space and protect the big data. For the optical process, the diffraction grating (amplitude) is applied. Here, a high-resolution pharmaceutical video is selected to prove the effectiveness of our algorithm. Initially, the selected video is divided into a series of frames followed by the conversion of the frames into quick response (QR) code. In the next process, the divided frames are modulated by a high-frequency diffraction grating. Out of three generated spectra, only one is chosen and is placed sequentially in a frame. To enhance security, a random phase matrix is convolved with the transmitted frame where all the encrypted QR codes are placed. A reverse process is conducted to extract the video frames and then they are joined together. As the optical method is incorporated, security is high compared with few existing encryption methods. The total research work is performed using MATLAB and provides a satisfactory result.
