Momentum and Spin Balance in an Inertial Frame Obtained by Using the Concept of Images
摘要
In this work we explain the concept of images of physical quantities when switching from the frame of reference of one observer to another. Specifically it will be used to transform the balances of linear momentum and of spin to reveal the various inertial terms. Moreover, the corresponding literature is briefly reviewed and it is explained how the transformation is usually done. From the review it appears that the inertial terms in the balance of spin are revealed here for the first time.
