Corrosion Risk Assessment in Pipelines

The performance of pipelines is determined by internal and external corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and third party damage, among other failure modes. This chapter provides a summary of the application of Bayesian network models applied to the above threats. The chapter also provides a brief view of communicating risk assessment results.
