Detection of the Surfactant by High Performance Liquid Chromatography in Water
摘要
A method for determination of the Surfactant in water by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). HPLC using Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column as a separate column (column temperature 40 ℃); the use of volume ratio (90:10) of methanol: water as the mobile phase, the flow rate 0.5 mL/min; the use of a diode array detector (DAD) detection at 232 nm at Surfactant residues within; analysis of a sample within 8 min. Under these condition, the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9981, and the extraction method for the pretreatment of water samples is simple and feasible for operation. Test results show: the accuracy relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.67%, the recovery rates were in the range of 93.50–101.96%, and the detection limit is 1.0 µg mL−1.
