Monitoring of Environmental Conditions for Offshore Wind Power Operation Based on UAV Remote Sensing Technology
摘要
This paper proposes a monitoring method of environmental conditions for offshore wind power operation based on UAV remote sensing technology, with a view to ensuring the operational safety of wind turbines under offshore environmental conditions. A six-rotor UAV equipped with a multi-spectral camera is used to fly according to the set flight parameters and collect remote sensing data of the offshore environment, and the collected remote sensing images of the offshore environment are corrected. Based on the determined spectral index, a multi-linear regression method is used to build a seawater salinity inversion model to predict the seawater salinity. By leveraging the approximate sparse representation method, the pixel space of the corrected UAV remote sensing image is reconstructed. Moreover, combined with the characteristic components of the reconstructed UAV remote sensing image, the remote sensing monitoring matching results of the offshore environment are obtained, and the monitoring of the environmental conditions for offshore wind power operation is completed. The method has been tested to have satisfactory correction effect for UAV remote sensing image of offshore environment, and to obtains reliable, clear and high resolution remote sensing images; on the other hand, it can accurately complete the prediction of seawater salinity, and both the coefficient of determination and the average absolute error meet the application criteria, thus realizing the monitoring of dynamic changes of offshore wind power operation environment.
