Quality of Electronic Services and Its Role in Developing the Performance of Employees: A Case Study of the National Aid Fund

The present study aims at determining the impact of e-service quality and its role in developing the performance of employees provided by the National Aid Fund for employees in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. All employees of the National Aid Fund, which comprises of 42 funds, make up the study population. 202 workers were chosen as a relevant sample for the investigation. The study used a thorough survey, a descriptive analytical technique, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software for data processing and analysis. The study produced significant differences in the effects of the dimensions of the independent variable, e-service quality, on the dependent variable, developing employee performance, among other noteworthy findings. However, across all dimensions, the impact was generally high. The study also revealed that the Jordanian National Aid Fund is committed to providing e-services that meet the needs and desires of users. The study emphasizes the importance of the National Aid Fund's attention to achieving quality dimensions when providing e-services to employees. The researcher provided a set of recommendations, including the necessity of ensuring that employees of the National Aid Fund consistently inform visitors about the available e-services, and the importance of providing clear instructions for using the website.
