摘要

The present study aims to identify and measure the impact of dimensions related to strategic agility among a sample of managers in Jordanian tourism companies and its influence on competitive capabilities. The model was built based on previous studies and included independent variables (vision clarity, core competencies, strategic objectives, shared responsibility, and proactive action) and dependent variables (creativity, flexibility, and quality). To achieve the study's objectives, the researchers designed a questionnaire consisting of 52 items. The descriptive analytical method was adopted, and a sample of 226 managers from tourism companies was taken. However, 170 questionnaires were retrieved. The study showed a significant impact and a positive correlation between the level of strategic agility implementation and enhancing competitive capabilities. The study recommends disseminating the dimensions of strategic agility and fostering their practice among managers and employees in tourism companies in Jordan, making these dimensions a cultural mindset that translates into actions supporting the organization's competitive position.
