Application of Ion Chromatography Method on the Simultaneous Determination of Five Disinfection By-Products in Drinking Water
摘要
In order to meet the rapid analysis and detection requirements of environmental monitoring and improve the speed of analysis and detection, this paper establishes a method for the simultaneous determination of five types of by-products including chlorate, chlorite, dichloroacetic acid, trichloroacetic acid and bromate in drinking water through ion chromatography. This method takes potassium hydroxide as the mobile phase to detect the target analyte by a conductivity detector in the way of gradient elution, with the eluent flow rate of 1 ml/min. Experimental results: The linear correlation coefficient of the five disinfection by-products is greater than 0.999; the detection limit is 4.8 μg/L for ClO3 −, 2.1 μg/L for ClO2−, 2.1 μg/L for DCAA, 3.4 μg/L for TCAA, 4.0 μg/L BrO3−; the relative standard deviation RSD is below 3.5%. The recovery rate of sample is 85.24 to 103%. The test results prove that this method has good accuracy, high sensitivity, simplicity and convenience, which can greatly improve the analysis efficiency of actual detection work.
