Cranial Ultrasonography

Cranial ultrasonography is the standard neuro-imaging modality in the NICU and in other neonatal units. It is safe, and, as it used at the bedside, it is patient-friendly. Cranial ultrasonography provides essential and invaluable information on brain growth and development, and brain injury in high-risk (preterm) newborns.
