The Trend of Reverse Logistics in Circular Economy: A Guide of Bibliometric Analysis for Future Studies
摘要
Recently, in order to support the realization of a circular economy, reverse logistics plays a significant role. Circular economy changes the single flow of “resources-products-pollution discharge” in traditional economy into a circular economy course of “resources-products-rejected materials-pollution discharge”, thus it makes the resources to be used repeatedly. This has become a key strategy for achieving sustainable development. Therefore, a bibliometric analysis was conducted on reverse logistics in the circular economy to guide future studies. This study utilized the VOS viewer software to conduct a bibliometric analysis on reverse logistics in circular economy from year 2010 until 2022. About 256 papers were retrieved from Scopus database using the keyword of reverse logistics and circular economy. These two keywords were the most cited and mentioned in recent literature. The objective of this study using bibliometric analysis is to investigate the trends of reverse logistics in circular economy. The bibliometric analysis concluded that the trend of reverse logistics in circular economy was increased year by year. This trend shows that organizations, stakeholders, scholars, and end users start to know about reverse logistics in circular economy.
