摘要

This research work explores how teacher training can improve math teaching in primary schools. The study uses a special teaching scenario called Alice’s case to trigger questions and discussions among teachers-students. The researchers guide the exploration through “Study and Research Paths” (SRPs) which involve analyzing teaching materials, official documents, and other media. The goal is to move teachers-students from the traditional “paradigm of visiting work” to the “Paradigm Questioning the World” (PQW) perspective. The research highlights the importance of the researcher’s role in mediating information and ensuring inclusivity for participants with disabilities. The study is ongoing, with promising results in shifting teacher perspectives and identifying challenges for inclusive learning.
