Effect of Coherent Fluctuation in Stellar Convection Viewed From Non-equilibrium Turbulence
摘要
The non-equilibrium effect associated with plume motions in convective turbulent flows is investigated. Plume motions are treated as coherent fluctuations in a time–space double averaging framework. Non-equilibrium turbulence effect is incorporated into turbulence modelling through temporal variations of turbulence along plume motions.
