Conclusion

This chapter outlines a summary of the key discussion and arguments in this book, exhibiting the parts, how individual stages were developed with different socio-religious purposes, came to the formation of the soteriological theory, and its development in different genres of Pāli literature examined in separate chapters in this book. It summarizes six stages of the development of the Theory of Four Stages of Liberation in the Pāli literature.
