Dynamic Scapholunate Ligament Injury: Arthroscopic Volar Capsulodesis

To date, the majority of surgical techniques for the treatment of scapholunate (SL) injury have focused on repair of the dorsal SL only. In this book chapter, we describe an alternative arthroscopic-assisted technique which may be considered in the treatment algorithm of volar SL injuries.
