Pre-dynamic Scapholunate Ligament Injury: Arthroscopic Thermal Shrinkage

Thermal capsulorrhaphy offers therapeutic benefit for pre-dynamic scapholunate ligament injuries that are persistently symptomatic despite adequate non-operative management. In higher grade injuries, thermal capsulorrhaphy may be used in combination with arthroscopic pinning. Available studies have shown promising long-term outcomes.
