摘要
A 16-year-old female presents with a 1-month-long history of left wrist pain after sustaining a hyperextension injury to the left wrist when her sister jumped onto her. She has had persistent wrist pain with all wrist motion made worse with wrist flexion. She has some relief with wrist bracing and use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications but continues to have substantial wrist pain.
