Chronic Scapholunate Instability: The Role of the Three-Ligament Tenodesis

Several surgical techniques have been developed for the management of chronic, symptomatic scapholunate instability. We describe our preferred technique of the three-ligament tenodesis, surgical pearls and pitfalls and its use in the surgical treatment of irreparable, complete, reducible scapholunate dissociation, in the absence of any degenerative change.
