Static Acute Scapholunate Ligament Injury: Open Suture Anchor Repair
摘要
This chapter presents the case of a 35-year-old man who presents with a distal radius fracture with an associated acute scapholunate ligament tear. Given his static scapholunate instability after distal radius fixation, we discuss management options based on current literature, review the surgical approach chosen in this case, and identify several clinical pearls regarding acute static scapholunate instability.
