Static Acute Scapholunate Ligament Injury: Arthroscopic RADiCL (Repair/Augmentation Dorsal Capsular Ligaments)
摘要
Acute injuries to the SLIL complex may be suitable for arthroscopic management, particularly when there is a traumatic dissociation between the dorsal capsular ligaments and the dorsal lunate. The arthroscopic RADiCL procedure builds on the dorsal capsulodesis described by Mathoulin et al. by adding security to restoration of the dorsal capsular attachment to the proximal row and plicating the capsule, through the use of a suture anchor.
