The research question aims to identify how to optimize the TCO of the ERP system implementation project using advanced technologies. The study will delve into the available literature on ERP implementation projects to identify the various cost drivers contributing to the overall TCO. The study aimed to develop a comprehensive cost optimization model tailored to ERP implementation projects by identifying these underlying factors.
