Evaluation Method of College Students’ Education Based on Artificial Neural Networks

Artificial intelligence is a diversified discipline, encompassing everything from early symbol and knowledge representation to current search and reasoning, covering many different areas. To improve the accuracy of education evaluation results, we propose a method of college students’ education evaluation based on artificial neural networks (ANN). We build an evaluation indicator system that includes teaching preparation, teaching methods, teaching means, teaching environment, teaching tools, and teaching feedback, and use ANN to calculate indicator parameters, construct corresponding activation functions, and adjust the connection weights between the hidden layer and the output layer based on the response output values, thus achieving the evaluation of college student’s education. Test results show that the designed method can stably keep the error within one person in tests based on standard score values.
