Conclusions

It is difficult to draw conclusions at the end of such an eclectic text that perhaps the only virtue we can point to—if we can point to any—is to have briefly tried to make the reader aware of two problems that we consider to be growing in the current panorama of administrative law in states that are part of the normative bloc of liberal states—whether they are part of the civil law bloc or the common law bloc—and that threaten the democratic rule of law on which we have built our legal systems and our common life: the first is the excesses of individualism present in recent legal regimes and jurisprudential movements that are leading to the legalisation of the tyranny of minorities and economic deregulation, and the second is the alienation of ancestral community values on which we have built our collective ethics based on respect and tolerance, which has been perverted and put to the test through campaigns of disinformation and manipulation of information, with the aim of breaking up our cultural community.
