The “Options” of Administrative Law

In this third and final chapter of the theoretical “frameworks” that underpin our monograph, we will address the issue of the “place of administrative power” and, consequently, the “role of administrative law” in the context of the current expansionist tendencies of illiberalism and the need to re-found the founding principles or ideas of classical liberalism.
