Keys to Building a Successful Pediatric Limb Reconstruction Program
摘要
Pediatric limb reconstruction is a rewarding but demanding field. This chapter is designed to help surgeons in both resource-available and resource-challenged environments learn the keys to building a successful pediatric limb reconstruction practice. Each element (education, clinic team, operating room team, patient volume, and practice habits) is explained in a comprehensive, stepwise manner to guide the surgeon through the process.
