Measurements for the Defined Problem

It was the definition of the problem that we focused on during the define phase; It provided us the information on several aspects of the project focus. What follows in the DMAIC approach is the Measure phase where the focus of the project shifts to the measurements needed for solving the defined problem to be analyzed later during the Analyze phase.
