Sample of Case Studies

This chapter presents a compilation of real and common case studies that demonstrate the clinical utility and diagnostic value of penile Doppler ultrasound (PSU) in different scenarios. PDU is a noninvasive imaging modality that allows for the evaluation of penile vasculature and blood flow dynamics, making it an invaluable tool in the assessment of erectile dysfunction, penile vascular disorders, and related pathologies. Real case scenarios exploring different nuances of PDU may provide interesting insights and practical hints. It is also the goal of this chapter to review the importance of standardized protocols for PDU conduction to ensure reliable and reproducible results.
