摘要

We provide a short introduction to mesoscopic and nanoscopic conductors. Basic concepts of relevance to understand the nature of the quantum phenomena we are going to discuss in the book are illustrated. Further, archetypal examples of mesoscopic and nanoscopic conductors are presented.
