Combining Structures into Cellular

  • Ludwik Czaja

摘要

The crucial feature of cause-effect structures is capability of their combining. Which means that additionAddition and multiplicationMultiplication yields correct c-e structure. So the standard c-e structures make an algebraic calculus, the quasi semiring. Contrarily to their cellular version, different nodes of general c-e structure may have different number of predecessors (causes) and successors (effects), as well as the next-stateNext-state rule is the same for all c-e structures. This is not so with the cellular ones. So far, combining atomic c-e structuresCause-effect structureatomic—their summation—has been applied for creation of complete networks being skeleton constructs for cellular c-e structures, as exemplify Figs. 2.5 , 2.6 , 2.8 , 2.9 in Chap. 2.
