Beyond the 2-Dimensional Bases

There is an essential difference between cellular c-e structures outspread over multi-dimensional and one-dimensional bases (location spaces). In regard to structural, that is geometric features, any cell in a cellular c-e structure on a 2-dimensional base or of higher dimension, may have arbitrary (but equal for all cells) number of neighbours.
