Development of a Smart Garbage Monitoring System

In this study, a cost-effective design for a waste management system's intelligent garbage alarm system is presented. Using a smartphone, this system will continuously check a rubbish can's level of fullness and send notifications when it is getting close to being full. The suggested system is made up of a Blynk application, an Arduino Uno board to control the system operation, and ultrasonic sensors to measure the level of rubbish in the rubbish can. In order to open the trash can lid whenever a human presence is sensed, the device is additionally equipped with an infrared sensor and a servo motor. For the specified application, the system has been effectively implemented. According to the collected test findings, the system's performance was deemed satisfactory.
