Document and Library Structure
摘要
In large projects, vast amounts of documents are created: requirements definitions, schedules, project plans, functional specifications, architectural designs, detailed designs, special construction drawings, parts lists, production plans, work plans, and so on and so forth. But what should all these documents look like and how should they be organized and managed? How are all these documents distributed and shared? Who shall produce them and who serves for approval and publication? This chapter outlines elements of a document management that helps creating and maintaining a library of documents that optimally supports the effectiveness and efficiency of IT service security.
