Magnetic Polarons and Related Transport Phenomena

We give simple estimates for the radius of small spherical FM metallic droplets in insulating AFM matrix ofColossal Magnetoresistance (CMR)CMR manganites CMR manganites in the framework of the double exchange model. We discuss alsoContributiondroplet contribution the droplet contribution to different transport properties of phase-separated magnetic oxides, such as resistivity, magnetoresistance, magnetic susceptibility, and the spectrum of 1/f noise.
