Manifestation of the EPE in the Microcontact with Deep and Shallow Traps

We consider the manifestations ofElectron Polaron Effect (EPE) the electron polaron effect (EPE) inContactmicrocontact the microcontactMicrocontact with deep and shallow traps specified by the model with the quadrupole structure of fourQuantumdot (QD) quantum dots (QD). In this model, two central QDs play the role of a deep two-level trap, while two other QDs at the periphery play the role of the shallow traps with one level in them. In the framework of the nonequilibrium Keldysh Green’s function technique, we calculate the electric current in this system both in the isotropic and in the anisotropic case, which is close to the situation in the EPE.
