In this chapter, operational amplifiers (or op-amps) are experimentally investigated. Thanks to their versatility, these analog devices play a key role in almost any analog circuit, making up the backbone of scientific setups, especially as far as the front-end with the physical environment (through sensors and actuators) is concerned.
