In the Lab—Noise

In this chapter, some aspects concerning noise are experimentally investigated. In the first part of the chapter, basic examples of noise generation are provided by building and testing pseudorandom generators, while in the second part of the chapter the power spectral density of an artificial noise source is estimated, and the noise of a real system is measured.
