This chapter presents an update on new devices (optical system incorporated in the needle; marker-based IPAD-assisted puncture; electromagnetic tracking sensors; Uro-Dyna-CT, CT3D and Laser; ultra-sound with SonixGPS system) developed for navigation in endourology, like puncture of the renal collecting system, in order to verify the advantages and disadvantages of each and understand which technique has more potential to become the future gold standard of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL).
