摘要

There is an abundance of literature describing the ways that people who are stressed use music listening to cope with their worries. The people described in this chapter actively seek expert support for improving their coping abilities and are marked by a desire to live better with the challenges they face. They want to manage better. They are willing to make changes that will improve their mood, their sleep, and their health. They want to be guided and advised about how to reduce their stress, ideally using evidence-based strategies that will result in measurable changes.
