Designing the Architecture of a Multi-agent City Management System Using Advanced Object-Oriented Modeling

摘要

The development of digitalization in the field of public sector economy is considered. The application of multi-agent approach in solving urban planning problems is proposed. The difficulties encountered in this approach are described. The method of planning actions of intellectual information agents in conditions of stochastic nature of the environment is proposed. The main groups of agents are singled out, their tasks and options for solving arising problems are described. The interaction between the elements of different levels of the system is described. The functional of coordinating agents, including the management of the reward function, is presented. The necessity of user's interaction with the system is justified, and also it is indicated at what levels he influences it. The architecture of the multi-agent system of city management at the conceptual level, taking into account the heterogeneity of its components, is given. The functional elements of this system and interrelations between them are described. The application of extended object-oriented modeling in analyzing the functionality of the system components is substantiated. The key features of the analysis are described. Extended object-oriented models of functioning of the main groups of agents and user actions are presented. Formulas for calculating the mathematical expectation of the execution time of the sequence of actions of these groups are given. Graphs of the probability density function for the corresponding components of the system are plotted.
