Nonlinear Modeling of the Population State of Gregarious Locusts
摘要
The purpose of this study is to analyze the ecology and fauna of locusts in a certain region, as well as to model the status of the population of gregarious locusts. The study includes an analysis of the characteristics of the ecology and fauna of locusts in the region, as well as a study of the properties of mathematical models of a non-linear population of gregarious locusts. The main methodology of the work is computer modeling of the processes of multicomponent cross-diffusion systems of the biological population of gregarious locusts, using the principles of comparison of solutions. To do this, it is expected to find initial suitable approximations, including using the linearization method. Additionally, the research involves the development of algorithms and programs for conducting a computational experiment. As part of the experiment, the correctness and effectiveness of the results obtained will be checked. Visualization of the solution will allow you to more clearly present the results and evaluate the quality of the solutions obtained. Therefore, this study aims to gain a better understanding of locust population dynamics and to develop numerical schemes and methods to model and control these processes.
